From the 2011 National Trophy Chair:
Here we go. Trophy sponsorships are now available for the HCA National & Regional Specialties, and the Performance Events to be held in Durham North Carolina on July 20, 21, 22, & 23, 2011.
There are several ways to support our 2011 event, you could sponsor a trophy all by yourself or how about several of you going together and sponsoring a trophy? All you need to do is use a code to pay your portion. The process set up by Claudie and her team was such a huge success I will continue with it. I can explain how to do it easily if you want to contact me or my superb assistants.
Upon receiving sponsorship confirmations, we send out each of you instructions on how to pay your portion. There is also a fund code at the end of the list that you can send money into...any amount you desire!
We know it is hard times now for all. You can go the HCA parent website, www.havanese.org, then click on the left for the "trophy payments". It tells you what is necessary to process your payments. Several of you may also split your contributions into a couple of payments that is fine too; we just need to know that you are doing it! We will be glad work out anything necessary to have a great 2011 National Specialty event! !
